1. Check if you need to purchase more users (CAL)
- Find info in the purchase license Invoice
- Find info in the Software Assurance Invoice
- Find info in the Key License File
2. If you are sure:
- that you have not exceeded the purchase user’s (CAL)
- and the stated number of users in the Key License
- You must upgrade to the latest Version 6.5 or later
- Will run an extended user clean-up process when installing and/or when installed
Book and pay for assistance of a service engineer (will need access to the installation)
(It is not possible to make or send a manual or automatic software cleaning routine)
