You should always be able to find your Software Assurance ID:

  • On the last Software Assurance (SA) Invoice
  • Or on the last renewal Invoice
  • Or on the Software purchase invoice

We will normally be able to find your Software Assurance ID in our systems via our Support & Service Center

  • But only if your account in the Support & Service Center is fully and correctly updated
  • For assistance just submit a ticket to our Support & Service Center

If your Software Assurance (SA) is de-activated, closed or canceled for any reasons, you will need to re-activate it again
