The Display Options settings control several different aspects of the way each found document is displayed in the result list. The following settings are available:

• Number of sentences in result summary: Ontolica generates a summary based on the content of each found document. Enter the number of sentences to include in this summary here.
• Truncate title…: Enter the maximum number of characters to display for each document title. Longer titles will be truncated. Set to zero to disable truncating.
• Truncate URL…: Enter the maximum number of characters to display for each document URL. Longer URLs will be truncated. Set to zero to disable truncating.
• Layout table styles: The Search Result Web Part emits your settings here as values for the XML element. The default XSLT templates place these as value for the style attribute of the

tag in which the search results are placed. You can, therefore, enter any type of standard CSS style properties and values accepted in table tags here.
